HOMEBUILDERS Ours is the oldest Sunday School class at Aldersgate, and was originally organized as the Young Adult Class. Our first meeting was on Sunday, February 22, 1953 in the balcony of Radford Memorial Building on the campus of McMurry College. Though we may not be the "Young Adult Class" anymore, we are still young at heart! We meet in the patio room, next to the kitchen and Fellowship Hall. We like to sing at the beginning of class, and we enjoy our teachers, Mark Hoover and John Woods. Most of our members are post-retirement age. We study the Bible and reflect on its meaning in our lives. We get together for food, travel, parties and projects, and we find that Christian experiences are fun! We take an annual trip to Glenrose, Texas for special shows.
